The blade's teeth also feature positive hook angles for longer tooth life in production applications. And this blade is so effective that there's no need to use a scoring blade with it. This blade is designed for optimal performance when cutting laminate or melamine that ranges from 1/4 to 1-5/8 inches in thickness. It's also a solid performer when crosscutting wood or working with plywood and chipboard that's less than 1-inch thick. If This blade can even rip wood, and it can tackle thinner or thicker materials. However, some loss of surface finish may occur when it is used outside its ideal range. It has a 5/8-inch arbor and produces a 0.126 kerf.
