To request a return, please supply the following information. We will contact you via e-mail.
Products must be returned unused and in the original packaging in order to receive a refund less 5% restocking fee. If a product is found to be used from our inspection team, 30% or more of product cost will be withheld from the refund.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON CUSTOMIZED/PERSONALIZED ITEMS.
How to return a product:
If you created an account, please login to initiate a return. If you checked out as a guest, use the guest feature.
Then repack the product in the original packing materials used for shipping. Send us the completed return form with the product being returned. For non defetive returns you are responsible for return shipping to us.
If the return is because of defective merchandise we will issue a return label for you to return your product with the appropriate address.
After your merchandise has been received, we will issue a credit to your initial form of payment. Please allow up to 10 days for your credit to post.
