Return Policy

We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. If there is a quality issue with your order, please send us an image of the error or damage for a prompt exchange for the same item, defective items will be replaced upon retuning defective item to us. Understandably, custom orders and personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. All refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.

 

During our busy holiday season we try our best to guarantee your purchases will arrive on time, but due to high volume and unexpected circumstances beyond our control there might be a slight delay in delivery of your order. Understandably, no refunds can be issued for orders delayed (either shipping cost or merchandise value) due to adverse weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstance that may affect us or any of our carriers. Thank you for understanding.

 

Shipping/Delivery

Your order generally ships the same day it is received. (Monday - Friday)  Once your order is processed we will e-mail you a confirmation and tracking information.  If for some reason your order hasn’t shipped after the allotted 3-5 business days, please contact our Customer Support department.


Cancellation and Returns

Once you place an order and it has been processed your credit card company charges us a fee (3-5%).  This fee will be deducted from your refunded amount on returned items.
